Word Portal was created using Unity3D. The project started out as a tool for learning the new engine and wound up becoming a full-fledged game with cloud-based leader-boards and achievements, social media connectivity and ports on all major mobile platforms.
Description
Word Portal demo, level 1, beta 4. This is the first demo of Word Portal on IndieDB and should run in any browser after installing the Unity Web Player. It includes one level with ten rounds. The object of the game is to create long words starting with letters from the outer ring and working your way inwards. You get more points for using the centre letter (last). You can only go out->in, never in->out (tutorial in a work in progress). All feedback, comments (and likes!) are greatly appreciated!
