In a not to distant future, war has changed the shape of our nations. Smaller nations were assimilated into states, large empires collapsed due to inner quarrels. The progress of conquering has stopped for some time, but so has the progress of the development of our culture. Humanity is stagnating on several levels. Except for your nation. Your quest is to reunite humanity under the one banner of your empire, to lead them in a new glorious age. And you will enforce your goals. Prepare for a new age of war.

There are some instructions on the main page. You have to click on you own countries and build factories and raise armies. You then click on neighbour countries and attack.
