That is right, this is the high poly of our first person arms. Expect to see more awesomeness coming from us over the next few days! Like us on facebook so you can see updates as they happen: Facebook.com!
that IS a nice arm; I mean just look at the Workmanship, It IS Awesome
Thanks bro!
Very cool. The model looks awesome.
I can't help but notice that these arms look quite different from the arms on the main character biped you showed. Has the design changed? If so, can we see the new version of the biped?
Also, is there a reason that his right arm appears different from his left? Some kind of cool gadget on his right wrist maybe that we can't see from this angle?
The arms are different cause of a cool gadget, yes. The arms are the same as the concept. I don't know which biped you are referring to, but I can guarantee that that biped was not what we will end up using for our cinematics (which is where we will use the full mesh). The person making these arms is the same as the person who made Jason, another unreleased character, and who will be moving onto Kyle's full cinematic mesh next.
Maybe it is just my imagination, lol. w/e.
Anyway, looks aweosme. I look forward to seeing the full biped. (and finding out what the cool gadget is :D )
I am continually amazed at the work of your biped artists. I have begun learning to model bipeds myself and needless to say... it is far from easy.
This is true, thanks for the praise!
