Void Commander is a Real-Time Strategy Game in a space setting in which players must take advantage of rock-paper-scissors gameplay to capture Space Stations that will allow them to draft a larger fleet with which to hunt down and destroy the enemy fleet's Mothership before they destroy the player's. All units created are spawned at the respective team's Mothership, a heavily armored mobile base that controls the fate of its faction. Race to arms supremacy and crush the enemy's production line to be the one to escape the void.
A concept of our newly revised and near-final Unit Construction HUD element. The bottom HUD segment with be changed to unit selection, and this element will overlay the screen while the space bar is held down, allowing the player to click the top buttons freely to queue units up below. The resource cost and build time are displayed in the center, and units in the queue can be clicked to be cancelled and refunded, as in older versions.
