Earth and the core worlds are suffering. Overpopulation and lack of resources are leading to unrest and desperation. That's where you come in. So... something was discovered during our release process this week. My desktop is the key to uncovering bugs. I found 3 or 4 situations that made the game crash, but it was not reproducible on others machines. Eventually we got it to happen in our release branch though, so we were able to squash them. I still don't know what it is about my gaming rig that trips these errors more frequently than other machines do, but I am glad we have it to use. Moral of the story is try out your releases on many different machine builds so that you can be sure it will work for all. |
