To Conquer all Stars is what we like to call a "Casual 4x Strategy Game".

Blending galaxy conquering with quick and easy gameplay. Pick one of five races and set out to expand your one world into a vast empire. Research new techs, build colony ships, and begin to spread out, but be careful you aren't the only race on the rise. The Universe is a small place and you will have to either negotiate, trade or battle other empires into submission.

The game flow is turn based, and features a unique real time battle engine. We have multiple game scenarios for you to play through. We have got alot planned for the game and would love any comments and suggestions as we continue to develop it, Thanks for checking it out!

New VTA vids on the net!

Recently after VTA's inclusion on the Weekly Humble Bundle we had a few youtube videos pop up. Starting with a overview commentary by "Fluffy the Destroyer". He speaks pretty positively about the game and also some points for improvement that we hope to address in a sequel. Second up is a series of three videos where Owlscene does a playthrough. He motivation for the game truly gives me boosts of positivity! He only plays through for about 45 minutes but shows a bunch of gameplay, as with Fluffy's video I see some places where I can improve the game but also makes me feel confident in the design as he figures everything out fairly quickly without using the instructions screen. And for giggles I decided to include the previous youtube entries that includes a funny rip video by Yogscast. As well as previous trailers

Eh, you're going to get these kind of people a lot when you're putting indie stuff out. Some people don't even play the games and just do it for kicks.

Pay it no mind. This actually looks cool.

Anybody who doles out a "one" review is either a coward or a troll. I have the game and have watched a few rather extensive playthroughs and will be firing it up tonight. It looks very promising. Don't let the morons get you down man!

Desura requires a review for "ten" rated games and I really think Desura needs to implement the same policy for "one" ratings. I've asked about this previously and Desura has not responded.

Awesome comments. The latest update now released fixes of some of the issues and provides you the ability to select each planets fuction during auto turns. So you can use some planets to build ships other to increase planet stats and others to generate revenue.

I like the sandbox mode idea. will look into it!

As far as transfer your right might not make sense, the idea was that you don't deploy any ships of the line with out fighter escort just like in combat. I might consider changing it.

I also like your Tiered colony size idea!

Downloading now...really glad I stumbled across this game in the DB :)

Development question, if you don't mind: did you guys use the iOS exporting features of flash to make this? I've been looking for some proof that the feature was capable of solid game creation, and this would be that proof!

Looks great, can't wait to play.

Should have done my research first...I had no idea MMF2 could export to iOS.

First off, I enjoyed the game so far. I like the music, graphics, factions and whatnot. I saw the ModDB page and decided to buy it on a whim. So far so good!

I would like the ability to pinch in and out of the map. This would make navigation easier. Perhaps an option to enable or disable the second delay for scrolling around the map?

I would like to know where attacks are taking place, ie what planet is attacking what? Unless it is supposed to be a mystery, then it is fine.

Can we enable auto build for planets? So we can queue up a lot of ships or so for future turns.

Can we also add some planets owned to research time decrease? Allow some ratio so that research will become faster for every x planets owned. ie 5 planets = 1 decrease in research time since they all now research. Or enable planets to do research as an option, like how you can select revenue or gate.

I would be interested in an expanded search option. Unearth relic that decreases current research by 1 or increases to shipyard, ie found a more efficent blueprint for gates, or somesuch.

Is it possible for tiered colonization? ie, small colony, medium colony, large colony? This can tie into money made per turn, revenue option, research option? Perhaps balance it by adding a cost for development for higher levels?

I would also like to be able to unlock a god-like sandbox mode. Adjustable race stats, from nil in each stat to max in each one. Since some days I don't want to fight, I just want to stomp around the galaxy and crush my opponents in a lunch break. =D

A glitch I have found so far. Transfer only seems to work if you have enough fighters. Is it supposed to be like this? I can have 5 frigates but cannot transport them unless I also have 3 fighters. It current setup is odd...

I also crash seemingly at random. I am using a iPod Touch 3rd generation, 4.2.1. I have selected explore, crash. I have ended turn, crash before it comes back to my turn. Built a ship, crash.

Keep up the good work!
