Fox Spirit Mk. IV: Work in Progress

History:

The Fox Spirit was first designed for the Anti-Traction League as a short range fighter to operate from behind defences such as the great shield wall of Batmunkh Gompa. Four versions later and a change in leadership saw a reduction in weapons and armour as well as the latest and much more powerful Muraski Lion engines being fitted. Extra fuel tanks completed the transformation into a long range reconnaissance fighter which become a common sight above the front line. In the early days of the war these ships were flown in flights of three but this was later increased to six as the Tractionist heavier-than-air machines become a common sight above enemy cities. At the height of the war the expected service life of a ship was just 3 weeks with fresh crew and ships reinforcing squadrons along the front on an almost daily basis.
