Unbreakable is a hack and slasher with a difference. Merging RTS and RPG mechanics with smooth combat, we hope to create an experience that can be enjoyed over and over again. The Dracorians, a race of dragon tamers, have started a war that threatens to cover the continent in the ash of the fallen. The Elves, their vast expanse of land nothing but charred remains, have taken a stand in their last remaining city of Sylva. To prevent the advance of the Dracorian horde, three towers have been raised, creating a barrier that protects the rest of Arthos from harm; one in the Elven city, one in the northern fortress of Ellental, and one on the coast to the south. Each tower harbors a crystal, and while all three remain intact the Dracorians are unable to send their army in its entirety. Unfortunately, the barrier is not impenetrable. Each tower requires protection against the still formidable force that threatens them, forcing the Elves to call on the race of Men to aid them.

Post news Report RSS Where We Are

We've been busy as always here in the office and we have a lot of new stuff to show! Our character modellers are close to having our first animated character, Felicia, in the engine and once we have that we'll be able to tear ahead with more content.

It's been a great few weeks, and while it has been pretty quiet (we've been waiting for Felicia's animation for a couple of weeks now) we've still managed to get quite a lot done.

First off, we have a few pictures for you. Jamie, our Dracorian modeller has been able to show his work; his light infantry is below, so feel free to leave any comments!

Next, we have a few models and artwork for the human front. Our main character Felicia has been coming along nicely, and once we have her in we can begin properly testing out our combat. Here are a few examples of what we have - they're all work in progress like the images above, but we're getting there!

We've also been able to finally design the HUD, but we'll be showing that in another post once we've finished it!

On a final note, once we have some proper gameplay we'll be releasing videos and more pictures of it - the alpha is also coming along beautifully and we'd love for you all to play it! If you're interested, like us on Facebook (Labyrinth Interactive), our Twitter page (@Labyrinth_Int) and check out our website - if you subscribe to the blog, you'll be able to keep up with our weekly posts and see exactly where we are all the time! That's all for now, but we'll be back as soon as we can. Hope to see you soon and hope you enjoyed this small look into what we've done!
