Updated HUD UI By Althir
More features added as well.
Pipebomb and pills brighten up (turn white) when they are in your inventory.
Health Number added.
Ammo count for main weapon clip, main weapon spare ammo, and pistol added.

Heh, thanks. I may be a damn ****** texture artist (which is why I am not a texture artist to begin with), but working on 2D games does sooner or later teach you some tricks regarding 2D sprites.
