2303: The earth based UPC (United Planetary Coalition), extends it's membership to a planet in a neighbouring star system, Procyon. The membership is strongly opposed by the neighbouring planet of Procyon, called Tascyonia. The Tascyonian rebels have sworn war on Procyon and Earth, and time is running out!
