Hey Vikings!
It's been a little while since our last Open Beta ended, and we're coming at you today with an update on how development's coming along! π As you probably saw, we received a ton of helpful and thoughtful feedback from all of you during the past Beta, and we can't thank you enough for that.
Though, in order to polish the new features we're adding, we've made the decision to move Open Beta 3 to early December. βοΈ
We hope you can understand why we're pushing the date back- it means more time to work on those features that were suggested, and to make the game as stable as possible for you all, some of our top priorities. We know how excited you are to play, and are grateful to have you by our side.
This will also be our LAST Open Beta before the game heads into Early Access. So, we're working our hardest to make it a memorable one!
And an update on some new features:
Next week, we'll start sharing all the new features we're working on for Open Beta 3! Most of them were suggested by you on our Discord, while streaming, and through the Steam forums here.
Remember the community chest idea? Well... it's coming to life! πβ¨
Besides the community chest, we're working on:
π A command system for communication with teammates
β¨οΈ Keyboard mapping to assign your own custom keys
π¨ Ability to Auto Equip tools, weapons and shields when they break
π Adding new languages into the game
π Wild NPC merchants to discover in the world
π₯ Explosive barrels for new ways to fend off enemies
ποΈ Creating new Camps in the Land of Pools
π Creatures that level up along their Biome Level with new Spells and Visuals
βοΈ Updating balancing of enemies and Giant's Area of Effect attacks
βοΈ New enemies, like the Unsunken Javelin Vikings and the Helthing Boss
β¬οΈ New Armour set, new ways to gain XP and new emotes
π οΈ Fixing reported bugs (like loot landing in unreachable places and menus when using controllers)
+ some others in the works!
This will also be our LAST Open Beta before the game heads into Early Access. So, we're working our hardest to make it a memorable one!
For now, we kindly ask you to Wishlist our game on Steam. Steam Wishlists are incredibly important especially for a small studio like us - it gives more of a chance Steam will recognize our game, which would be helpful in the weeks to come.

We're still looking for people to join #localization-team, which is our translation team in the Discord channel. We're looking for all languages except French, Spanish and Portuguese, because those have just finished being translated!
