Well, as of now, pretty much everyone is gone, noone is saying or doing anything. So, in a sort of last effort to not die with the best of 'em, im gonna try to recruit.

I know the issue guys, I've had the same. Be stubborn and dont just "kill" the project if you run out of people working for you. Instead, just put it on hold for as long as its needed.
No, no, no...you don't understand. I am the only person left, there is no team to do anything. Its just 1 guy trying to recruit people, and its not going very well...Mind you, I will be trying to recruit forever, but the game will be dead all the while.
Although I don't want to sound like I'm flaming you, but it's pretty ambitious to try to create a full game with only 1 core member (who seems to do nothing but recruit).
I suggest you make a plan to downsize your project and try to attract more people who share your new vision.
Then you have to slow down to crawl speed and do it all by yourself until you find the people you need; or they find you.
Im not trying to create a full game with one person, we had more than one, but now everyone is gone, and im trying to get replacements. I can't do anything, so it will die if i cant get new members.
