I've been working pretty hard on the monster for The Subject the past week or so and it's gone from basic sculpt to animated in game pretty fast! What this means is the monster system will get a large overhaul in Unity.
Hopefully, I will be able to get a more polished version of the system up before the folks at Dreamhack have a look. Here is a shot of the monster in game followed by one of the rough walk animations! It's nice to finally have the horror part of the game visualized a bit for people to see!
