The Spartan: Underworld is a retro 2D hack n slash game with rpg elements. The aim of the game is to get the highest score you can. There are three stage options to choose from at the main men. Stage 1 which is the arena stage where you survive for as long as you can, stage 2 which focuses on timing and precision and lastly stage 3 which combines the skills from the other stages as you face of againts a boss. Experience is useful in the first stage as you need it to unlock weapons like your spear, which is great for taking out distant enemies thus maintaining your combo streak. when enough experience is gained you also unlock your second sword which is useful for killing enemies and keeping your combo up.
