The Searing Mountain is RPG 3D action adventure fantasy game. The game is about a female warrior that has to defeat an ancient, long forgotten evil army that has returned to the world. Outnumbered, the army attacked most of the human towns and villages and many were lost. However a protector of one of the villages, a very brave and noble warrior set out defeat this ancient evil. To accomplish her goal, she has to learn essential new skills, new spells and find long forgotten artefacts. The road won't be very easy as many of the powerful spells require to obtain special items, and the artefacts are spread throughout different places of the world.

Version 0.8(2021.07.01)
-Added new locations and improved level desing
-Added shield along with block behaviour. It changes player's armor value during block
-Fixed problem of walking on water by Dragon

  • New structure for InventoryItem. Before it saved amount in ScriptableObject which was wrong way. Now it saves in seperate data structure along with item amount, durability points and upgrade of item

Noticed some problems with spells, it'll be fixed for next build
*Some fixes for combat system, it isn't perfect but now the enemies are within a proper reach, combat system based on raycast not on collider
*Fixed problems with autosaves that before it made problems with getting data on the next scene
*Working all level transition, it is possible to finish the game after choosing New Game
*Better optimization for scripts including PlayerManager, added function CreateWorld()

Version 0.7 (Last modified 12.02.2021) File size: 628 MB
*Extended data structure for arrow objects(quivers) and information about collected arrows along with changed structure of levels that now include a list of all arrow objects(quivers). Improved save and load system. Must be tested !
*Good start for raycast based combat system, fixed some problems with range that made sometimes problem with attacking the enemies
*Fixed problems with name of items when item is reachable

Version 0.7 (Last modified 08.02.2021) File size: 628 MB
*Extended data structure for save and load system. Now it saves information if the items were collected and destroys them on start when the player uses a load game. It saves information about destroyed barrels and gold collected. Implemented NPCs position after load game, but might be some problem with correct coordinates probably because of the NavMesh agent, it'll be fixed in the next version. Must be tested
*Changed structure of levels, all of levels have list of existing interactable objects
*Fixed some problems with invisible walls
*Fixed problem with Gold UI, not always it displayed properly before

Version 0.7 (Last modified 07.02.2021)
*Fixed problems with load and save game. Now it saves information about dead NPCs, not implemented information about items,triggers and NPCs position, will be added for next version
*Fixed problem with autosave before level transition(Only in Ancient Ruins map)
*Fixed problem with save game in intro and botmatch maps (won't be possible to save)
*Fixed problem with duplicated items after clicking save game more than once

Version 0.7 ( Last modified 01.02.2021)
*Added save and load game
*Fixed problem with disappearing weapon after load next level

*Fixed GUI with problems with item amount
Important note: Problem with transition/autosave that makes problems with next level that won't be possible to load level correctly, it has to back to main menu->Run Developer mode-> Click load game and next works OK Will be fixed for next version

*Changes for script of the pause menu, now the public class isn't linked but the script search the main menu panel
*Added save and load data from player's settings: mouse sensitivity and if the player selected inverted mouselook. It saves the file as playerSettings.sea in C:\Users\UserName\AppData\LocalLow\YanGez Game Development\The Searing Mountain
