Welcome to Gogol's unordinary world,
On the 25th of March a bizarre incident is happened in St. Petersburg. Major Kovalev woke up with absence of his pimpled nose in his face. And dear player, you can't imagine what means that someone like Kovalev loses his nose. More importantly you can't imagine what kind of stories occured around that day in St. Petersburg.
But at least Kovalev has a someone like you in the search of his nose. And at least you have someone like me for narrating the story.
So, will you help Major Kovalev to find his nose in the streets of St. Petersburg?
I am a solo developer and have been developing a small indie game for a year. It is a small game inspired from story of Gogol, The Nose. And I have just released an early access edition on itch before releasing it on steam.
The Nose is a story focused game where player explore the city of St Petersburg and talk with characters to proceed on story. There are small metaphoric games to give player more interactivity in story.
The city is designed as miniature version of St.Petersburg with significant structures like The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood or Kazan Cathedral.
While I have developed all game by myself I need some feedbacks. So anyone interested with my game can find last builds on itch. It is released as beta edition.
Thank you for your interest :)
