Even in its early days, Althas has been a land shaken by conflicts. In the early days, these conflicts pitted the Anointed Kingdoms of Men against the dark and demonic forces that threatened them. However, with the passage of time the world has changed. With the Anointed order eroding away and new powers rising, another war looms on the horizon, a war brought on by Man's own actions. Thenodar, a burgeoning new kingdom in the North, and Anorthile, one of the last of the three remaining Anointed Kingdoms, now prepare for a war that will shake all of Althas. Old demons and new enemies gather in the shadows of both lands as each sets their sights on the ruined wilderness known as the Feralands.

I love it! Good job Tim!
Note that the sword in this concept isn't the final, but sort of a placeholder. The finish on the plates of the armor is a type of white cracked paint.
Tim is one of our newer members, so expect to see more of his work in the future.
Although the sword looks fantastic in design, it looks a little impractical. Imagine lugging that sucker around. Anyways, it still kills any of mine :P
Looks a bit of a dwarf to me. The quality of the armor is amazing! Although the maille isn't even throughout the shirt although it could be intentional or an optical illusion. The background makes it look in game but I doubt that since I'm rather certain this is concept art.
Now looking at this picture can we expect to find left handed people in Althas? Can we have a sword in our left hand and a shield in our right? Will maille textures end with closed links? Obviously there won't be maille models in game since that would be way too many vertices but hopefully I'm wrong:D
The dwarf bit is just a result of a stocky build; not sure if that was intentional or not by the artist. And yes, this is concept art.
The left handed bit, we can't say at this point. It's possible. Mail textures ending in closed links is possible, but I imagine would take a lot of work so I wouldn't hold your breath.
Great Job in So much small time.
