will the game have dialougs between characters or is it like the mod?
There are no characters. Hard to have conversations then.
There are deliberately no characters you can speak to. The player must feel totally on his own in this dark world, without the comfort of being able to talk to someone.
any chance of you guys making comparison shots before/after to showcase the changes you've made to the existing levels, models etc.?
Yeah we might actually do that :)
