The Adventures of Sam Carlisle: The Hunt for the Lost Treasure is a 2D Adventure Platformer game. That takes you on a journey to help Sam getting back his treasure. Help Sam travel through a 100 hand crafted levels and join his journey on a personal adventure.

The Adventures of Sam Carlisle had a two years development cycle. It is a 2D adventure platformer game that takes the player on an adventure of a life time. With wonderful music composed by the talented Pieter Smal and the voice of Deon Coetzee. With 100 handcrafted levels, the world will test your skill and patients with a twist of emotion.
The game is set to be released on 6 October 2017 at the rAge gaming expo at the home_code stand. DVD copies of the game will be available as well Steam keys. The game will be available for Windows, Mac and Linux. The game’s selling price will only be R150 per unit.
The previous game that Givit Game Studios released was THE WITCH OF ERAST on mobile. THE ADVENTURES OF SAM CARLISLE will be our first commercial release.
The Creative Talents of the game
Deon Coetzee is the voice of Sam Carlisle. This is Deon’s first video game acting. Deon Coetzee is a South African actor best known for his starring role as Deon du Plessis in the M-Net soap opera Egoli: Place of Gold, appearing in the role from 1992-2001. He is also known for his soapy roles as Herman Croukamp in SABC2's 7de Laan and as Shane Rix in kykNET's Villa Rosa. Other television series he has acted in include Skooldae, Familiedae, Rooi Komplot, Agter Elke Man, City People, Klagstaat, Gilliam Woudberg, Adam, The RES and Fishy Feshuns. Feature films Deon has acted in include Boetie Gaan Border Toe, Sonskyn in SA, Oh Shucks I'm Gatvol, Swansong for Charlie, Bakgat!, Jail Caesar and Stilt
Pieter Smal is a 25-year-old, Master-degree student at the University of Pretoria. His aim is to both become a video game soundtrack composer and scholar. His B.Mus. mini-dissertation was entitled "Unifying Elements in the Tomb Raider Trilogy game soundtracks". Whilst his M. is in composition, his mini-dissertation continues research in game soundtrack, laying an academic foundation for this new field of study. Although he loves experimenting with various programs, he will only immerse himself with in game-soundtrack composition post-doctoral.
