Welcome to the first ModDB update for The Adventures of Box Guy!

So what the hell is it?

Whilst the project has been public for about 3 weeks on the Unity Developer forums, I think it's probably time that a slightly larger number of people see the project. Without further ado...

The start of the tutorial
The start of the game's tutorial.

Armed with absolutely nothing, you must regain your senses, escape the world, and... Something else. You've forgotten. But that'll come in time. For now, it'll suffice to work out where the hell you are, and more importantly, how to get of here.

Level 3, with extra jumps
Yes, you'll be doing a fair bit of jumping...

The Adventures of Box Guy is compatible with both Windows XP through 7 and Mac OS X, and can also be played through a web browser. Regular updates will be available, and in the near future, an exciting release and platform announcement may even surface...

I'm bored already...

Don't worry, I won't bore you with too much more text. ;)

If you want to check out the game during its development, the latest build of the game can always be found here: Returnstring.com

The game currently features 5 levels, all of which introduce you to concepts that the game will feature. Note that there is no UI; any tutorials will be either hinted at through the environment or learnt the hard way, by you, the player.

With all that out of the way, I hope you enjoy what techdemo content I've created so far. To keep up-to-date with the game's progress, remember to watch the mod here or follow me on Twitter.

Cheers!
