We've just got back from a busy weekend at London's MCM Expo, the largest comic book and general geekery convention in the UK. We spent three days showing off TerraTech in the Go Indie Games booth and once again we were thrilled by the response to the game!
Everyone who played the game seemed to really enjoy it, and our demo download numbers on IndieDB suggest that you've all been telling your friends about the game and playing it at home too. So thanks for your support! Here are some of our favourite moments from the show.
Our number one fan, Harry Taylor, was back again. He stopped by to make sure he was among the first people to try our new vehicle parts in the Flight Challenge, like the fans and wings. It took him a little while longer than usual to learn how to use the new pieces, but once he did he was breaking our Challenge mode again and destroying the previous records! We made lots of new fans at MCM Expo too, with several people stopping by the stand multiple times to try new techniques and bring their friends to try the game. Ethan came to see us three or four times at the show and the Vine below shows off one of his coolest creations.
The 'space crab' (below) was one of our favourite Comic Con vehicles too. It's an amazing way to use the JCB-inspired digger pieces of GeoCorp!

As you might expect at Comic Con, things can get just a little bit geeky and we had some amazing cosplayers come to play TerraTech. Both human and robotic! Here are some of our favourites. You might notice that we have a bit of a thing for sci-fi!
And last, but absolutely not least, one Comic Con attendee was so inspired by TerraTech that he created some wonderful concept art for us. Check out this amazing drawing by Krzysztof Zaskorski.
