First off, I understand the build I played was an alpha build...

I played for roughly 2+ hours exploring the various game types(sumo(only design), rocket, race, and open world)

I spent most of the time in the open world and found it to be quite enjoyable, however very frustrating at times... the most frustrating part was building my vehicle, i found it very difficult to place blocks, girders, grinders. loaders etc.. int exactly the right place... now I was using my macbook with the trackpad and perhaps that is part of the problem, but toggling through the various block orientations made me want to smash the trackpad! also having to pick up pieces sometimes burried under many layers of debri was quite tedious...

so, some quick thoughts on fixing these issues...

Build mode: the slight downward facing camera made it very difficult to place blocks underneath my vehicle, as well as many other places, perhaps the camera could have some options to snap to various axis relative to the vehicle, much like typical modeling software does... also allow an option to manually rotate or move a block... ofcourse it would need to be super intuative, but the current system can be VERY frusterating

Digging for blocks: an inventory would be really nice here, perhaps just a temporary one which allows quick selection of blocks(weapons/addons) within the scope of the current building area, this could bring complications with networked multiplayer as two user fight for resources, but I think either way it would be a huge plus

anyway, hope the crowdfunding goes well, ill be keeping an eye on this one :)
