Yes, it must be 1680x1050 widescreen.
It can be anything you want as long as it is obvious it is a Tiberium Crystal War wallpaper.
Requirements
You must have an Steam Account to receive the game. You can register a free account on Steampowered.com after which you will receive the game and can download it and play online.

The final date of submitting wallpapers is 1 week until Friday the 10th of August 2012.

You may also submit multiple wallpapers but their size must be 1680x1050 widescreen. Although you are allowed to submit smaller ones at least one of them must be 1680x1050.
