This is modified plugin of Westwood's original W3D tools for GmaX, intended for use with 3DSmax 8. You can use it to export your created assets as W3D's for use in Tiberium Crystal War.

Above 3DSMax 8 the W3D tools and importers are not supported unfortunately :(
