The year is 2047 and the third war has begun, GDI and Nod forces continue to battle across a tiberium infested world that has engulfed large portions of the surface. Unknown to them this alien growth has attracted a unknown intergalactic species. Earth has come under attack by the unknown alien force for the first time.
