Strange, I watched the trailer and knew it was a French game. Something about the artstyle and characters is quite unique. Looks interesting, and I think there is still a crowd for these Final Fantasy-like games - provided it has a decent story.
Still a crowd for sure. Even if it does look a little rough around the edges. Just add something akin to raising chocobos and it'll be as addictive as crack to twelve year olds.
Maybe, if you want to use crowfunding, work a little bit on your character animation. It's little bit robotic.
