Updated Pre Alpha file - Tattered Sails

Added some harvesting rocks.

Added fishing at the pier.

Also updated the island to have so more areas soon will add more to island.

The plan is to create pvp hotspots for harvesting materials. Patching system isn't added yet to the patch due to still setting up the new server.
