Multi-player in Tactic Six is going going to be multi-tiered.

It will have your standard Co-Op and versus play. In these modes you can either play with your friends to accomplish a mission, or against your friends and accomplish your own missions while making your friends fail at their own.

The part of multiplay that we are most excited about though, is the sandbox mode.

In this, you will be able to design your own maps, build defenses, assign NPC soldiers, set their patrol routes as well as the rules of engagement (do they shoot on sight, or find cover and radio for backup?), and set the players objectives, even set what units the player can use to engage your map... and then you can send it to your friends.

Play your maps in Co-Op or take control of your own defenses and stop your friends from taking over your towns. As you gain in renown, you will gain access to new and better units and defenses to use on your maps.
