Dodger and his friends are a bunch of happy go lucky friends who are naughty and mischievous but love to play together and have fun . But ... Doggone it .... ! There is an evil Dog Catcher and his bunch of Hench men who capture dogs to experiment on . When the Dog Catcher comes to Dodger's town he rounds up and captures all his friends ..... but Dodger manages to give them the slip ! Now it is up to Dodger to find a way to find and rescue his friends and other captured dogs from his Lair . BUT HOW can he do it ? There is this kindly scientist , who has his secret lab filled with gadgets . He helps Dodger become Super Dodger !
