Set 74 years after the shattering, large gaps in the atmosphere have caused oxygen-deprived gaps, leaving sections of the planet lifeless. Large mechanical beasts roam these lands in search of sources of power.
At last, humanity has found away to traverse these forgotten lands: By driving through them really, really quick-like.
Steel Warlords is a racing game that is going to follow its own set of guidelines:
- Missions have no 'set path' or direct routes
- Vehicles entirely consist of heavy slow-moving limited view tanks
- It doesn't matter if you are first, it only matters if you finish at all
- Wreck whatever you want to get to your destination
