Starriser is a space- opera strategy MMO. It is also the result of our obsession for this kind of video games. Each time a new strategy title would come out waiting for new and surprising gameplay concepts, we came away disappointed. Because, despite some honorable exceptions, the mere reproduction of tired patterns and old narratives was we’d get all the time. That’s why we decided to make the game we always wanted to play. After a hugely successful three-month Alpha version, Arpic Games has opened new login spots for Starriser's next testing phase, to expand on the user feedback from the Alpha.

Valencian studio Arpic Games continues work on Starriser's development, after a three-month Alpha version with 3.000 registered users. To this end, they have opened Beta register for their awaited space strategy title.

Opening of register for the Beta comes with important changes for the studio, such as a new official game site and new additions to their development team. This, with the considerable feedback from Starriser's settlers, is a guarantee that the new Beta will bring a whole new and exciting gaming experience.

Anyone interested in joining the Beta can do so through the game's official site, www.starriser.com, where they'll be assigned a planet as their home-base to compete with the game's current 3.000-plus players. New settlers will also get interesting exclusive content, such as special illustrations, unique images and early access to improved mechanics. Although the Beta's exact launch date is yet to be confirmed, Arpic Games' team is already hard at work on this new phase, which is expected to be playable in May 2015.
