Multifunctional retro-radar for one of the alien races with classic designs, FTL ping and target outline.
Essentially there are several types of radar in the game, this one being the slowest as it works on long distance with an update when the sweeper hits the target. Other radars have have an instantaneous. Best radars have advanced scanning options and predict even intercept vectors, target outlines, info on activated weapons, shields etc.
