Updates:
- minor text changes
- fixed bug where on first level cursor wouldn't appear
- added loading screen text and logo
- removed one cluster set from Osteo graph
Known issues/things that don't look good (so no need to mention them ;) )
- text looks weird when set to bold
- sometimes border lines in treatment room disappear
- a few minor text spacing issues
