Thanks all for your votes and support! While our Greenlight Campaign was a rousing success and we received the Kickstarter Staff Pick award, we weren't able to meet our crowdfunding goal. We are sorry it has been a while since we last updated you all, but we put a lot behind this project and had to really scramble when it didn't meet our expectations.
Sol Avenger is a dream of ours, and we are still developing, but at a much slower pace without the funding we were looking for. Unity5 is bringing a lot of promising features closer to our team, including the new Oculus update which fully optimizes builds for a VR environment.
Please be patient as we are not satisfied with releasing Sol Avenger until it will meet your standards. So for now, feel free to talk to us and spread the word about Sol Avenger. We will bring the Bivalvian invasion to Steam. See you then, Space Cadets!

Why is everything silent about this mod right now?
DAT is awesome game. *need demo*
The hype is real.
Do you think a PS Vita release would be possible?
We do have plans to develop this for Vita. The game has been extensively tested on mobile devices and powerful computers over thousands of iterations. We will continue to target specific platforms as time moves forward. Expect to see a version of Sol Avenger on each contemporary gaming platform.
:)
I also made a post in the /r/vita/ reddit about this, so I hope that will help a little
Wow, that'd be great!
Looking forward to it!
Hey just discovered this game today, what a gem! great work guys.good luck with Nintendo they need some new awesome like this, (great sound track in the vid too).
We are very excited to continue working towards a Nintendo release. We were really big Nintendo fans, and it's surreal to think we are so close to it. I'll pass on your praise to Ransom!
I've just check on the platforms that this game use and I was shock that this game can be played to every platform of the new generation of this planet?!?
that is so wicked, and to make it less messy on your platforms why not just simply put "all platforms"
one thing can we buy other ships in this game to use? or are we stuck on that single ship but has visual and performance upgrade?
We were considering listing "All Platforms" but IndieDB allows many older systems to be listed under the platforms. We have explored the possibility of releasing to these systems, and we only list the platforms we know we could get access to.
