Slip is a fast paced color swapping platformer. Utilizing your two colors (red & blue) you must flee from Steve and his wretched purple beam. The game spans through 12 increasingly challenging levels. Along the way you'll encounter a host of obstacles, enemies and bosses. The mechanics are simple, you can run, jump (wall jump & double jump) and color swap. To avoid death, match the color of energy and projectiles. Additionally, there are colored geometry elements that you only collide with when you share its color. This is great if you need some blocks to stand on, but not so great if those colored blocks are actually colored spikes. Each level contains numerous checkpoints so death is never too punishing. However, even in its simplicity, Slip can be very challenging. The scoring system encourages flawless play, with each check point granting you an additional score modifier that is lost when you die. In addition to the main levels, Slip also features 20 challenge maps.
Slip is a side scrolling platformer with a unique colour changing mechanic set in a blocky Minecraft style world.
You need to be fast and ready to change colour at a moments notice to complete the levels and defeat Steve.
Some blue items need you to be blue to use them, Some red items need you to be red to use them.
Some blue items will kill you if your blue, Some red items will kill you if your red.
And all the time Steve is chasing you down with his big *** purple beam.
A great fun game but may end up driving you to your wits end :)
