I don't understand your comment, if you're implying it takes a long time to earn this armour it doesn't. I got it before I got to High Hrothgar and I went there pretty early in order to get the dragon shout Fus Ro Dah.
i got it from a random group of people in the plains i saw them kill someone so they attacked me and an orc had this armor, so i took it, was on the way to high hrothgar
