Sinister Nightmare will make you cringe with each movement of the fluid UDK Engine. The free-side-scrolling movement adds a new dynamic play-style to horror/zombie games. You must survive as long as you can in ever-changing levels that challenge your survival skills in more than just barricading a door to stop the Common.
