Signs of Life is a 2D sci-fi platformer game set in a sandbox. It is designed from the ground up to support drop in/drop out online co-op. Explore procedurally generated worlds full of meaningful handcrafted and procedurally generated content and a wide variety of creatures, some of which don't even want to kill you and eat your corpse. You’ll hunt monsters, gather resources, craft weapons, armor and gadgets, cook the innards of the various creatures you encounter and if you have some time left over maybe you can try and save humanity.

Its still a bit of a work in progress, so definitely give us your opinions, we're probably going to use the finished version of this trailer in our future Kickstarter project, so we'd love to hear your thoughts on ways we could improve the video.

As always, if you want to support the game and it looks cool, consider voting for it Steam Greenlight

I am so excited about this game, love every news about it.

The first 30 seconds are so epic. this side of the game reminds me of dark scifi movies, a mixture of A Space Odyssey, Aliens and Moon. can you make a trailer that is like the first 30 seconds only just a bit longer? :)
However please start the kickstarter as soon as you can and please make a paypal option at the very beginning :)

ps: I have a dream about a world, where giant robot chickens live in peace together with mankind...

Haha awesome, we were sorta shooting for an alien/s feel in the first part, glad it came across =D We probably won't do any more trailers for awhile, aside from polishing the current one up for use in our Kickstarter project, but I'm glad the story based stuff got a good reception =)

It also reminds me of Edge Of Space with the Refiner as well as Darkout to a degree. Even so looks great and I hope to get it sometime in the near future!
