We are working very hard to deliver 1/3 of the game in October. A lot is changing and we are moving fast into a very solid direction. What we've been doing besides making the game is establishing a solid foundation for our Studio.
We are dedicated and committed to our business project and we will see it through, which means making Shiny and 2 more games in next couple of years. Back to Shiny...
We've moved to Unreal 4.3 and it looks really good. We are working hard to update our art, assets and levels to show you guys. We want our first gameplay video to deliver a good impression and we have schedule set for the unveil of the video.But we are Indie and a lot can happen.
We are finishing our Character, this version which is being textured right now is already in game and animated, granted that we have a lot of work to do as far as animations are concerned we were able to replace our "stand in" character model and what is left right now is Texture and Shading. That will be done this weekend and we will be one step close to a full reveil of the game.
So stay tuned as we start to blog about it!
PS: Our new website is almost done... seriously almost... only a couple of more... I tell you, I've seen it... It is coming. 1 more week...... 1 more week... 1 more.
PS: Really cool to talk about Gamedev here at Indie DB. It all seemed so distant a couple of years ago. Now here we are posting all kinds of things that are real, rough on the edges but so real and almost unedited. (We are a company so we have a little common sense to edit).
