ScrumbleShip is the most accurate space combat simulation devised to date. Gather resources, construct a capital ship out of individual blocks, then pilot it with AI or human help against other players.

Here's the skeleton of the new blockselect screen. A list of components, separated by groups and alphabetized within those groups, goes on the left. On the right will go information about the currently selected component, including image, description, and any key statistics.
Once I finish this and the work on the new launcher/updater, 0.21 goes live.

repost as that guest was me not noticing I wasn't signed in -_-:
All I can think to say is \o/.
I have desperately hoped for a sorted components list lol.
Good work, and looks pretty :)

This should be the more or less final method of displaying and selecting blocks. Once we get scarcity in the engine, I'll add in a number next to each block stating the current inventory on hand.

Awesome! That's gonna make it so much easier
Can't wait :D
WOW! I love it. It looks very Scrumble, yet more complex and mechanized than Nezumi's previous UI elements. Very nice.
I have one multi-part request - the preview image of the component should reflect what material it's made of, and should slowly rotate around the vertical axis. AND we should be able to grab it with the left mouse button and rotate it at will! :D
Jk, I'd settle for a static image, but a cool rotating preview would be icing on the cake.
