I've gotten around to finally fixing the timing system.

I've gotten around to finally fixing the timing system. Now crops will grow, animals will grow/hatch, and market stalls will sell/buy as you travel the wasteland. I am not sure why it took me this long to do this. I guess because I had the grow times very short it didn't really matter, but since I changed them to be longer now it just seemed like a good time to do it. The markets don't sell/buy as fast as they would if you were present. I might be tweaking that as time goes along. Maybe I could make another upgrade object to make buying and selling faster? Anyway, general bug fixes are also in here. There were a few big ones I just can't remember them all. Oh, I got rid of the close button (using that never saved your game) so now to exit the game just press ESC. Missions are disabled in this build, but if you look in the localappdata folder you'll find a mission file being generated.
