The eyes are a little bit big and the eyebrows need to be more angled and closer together.
Other then that, of course it's perfect. =)

As Dragonball, One Piece changes the character's style on every saga and they aren't always the same, expecially if you compare the begin of the adventure with the last episodes( i'm talking about all the pre time-skip arcs for this). The artist must choise whitch one follow or make a compromise:)
