I have been playing this game for 15 years on and off and they have been back in development for almost 2 years now. It is only one developer, one artist, and one QA engineer but the things they have been able to achieve are pretty inventive and fresh.
The game has been in development for 15 years so you could have played on and off for 15 years or just started . its so lovely.
