this looks totaly like Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone game. Not the Graphics... those are much better. But everything else, world design and those circles remind me of that Quiddich game. Lol!

The song is lisenced ;-) Like the rest of the game is legal. But why should I get some problems with copyright? I use own Textures, models, sounds, it's my own design. So no one could claim me with some copy rights.
