TIME HEALS
A sci-fi noir, a mystery, a first person puzzle game. Reset is infused with mind boggling puzzles, a grippingly haunting but beautiful story and an unparalleled immersive atmosphere. The unique game mechanic in Reset is the ability to travel back in time to solve puzzles co-operatively with yourself.
GAMEPLAY
The second-to-second gameplay is similar to games like Portal but the main mechanic is akin to games like The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time and Prometheus UDK. The game is nonlinear and you will be free to roam the mysterious 16 square km volcanic island in the Galápagos. 30 individual puzzle areas can be discovered and solved in any order.
Wandering around and exploring the island is something that you will enjoy at your own pace, so that will affect the length possibly greatly, but we are looking at around 6 hours of brain teasing game play. Although the story is strongly tied to the puzzles, the island is littered with bits and pieces of information, that will deepen the experience. This game is meant to be played through in a couple of sittings and leave your brain tingling afterwards for some time.

Hello folks!
We've deleted the Reset Greenlight demo from the downloads section today, in case you stumbled here looking for it. The reason is that it doesn't represent the full game as it will be at the launch this fall. It was not a demo of the finished game but a step along the way, and we want to avoid the misconception. Sorry for the inconvenience. :)

Theory
This week in the Mod and Indie world we have a contest for Chivalry Medieval Warfare, the last days mod gets released for Warband & lots more!
Yeah from all the game installers this one don't seem to be able to skip installation of vc redist 2010 x64... Usually installer only extract such setups to redist folder inside game folder instead of trying to install them when they are already installed.
I'm a long time follower and backer, and jumped eagerly at the prospect of getting my hands on a demo! The atmosphere seen in the videos is inimitable, and the gameplay looks intriguing.
A wish for the devs: PLEASE make a proper installer which allows users to select where to unpack the installer files and where to install the game. I hate software that force installation on C:, or just extract temp files on C: without prompting the user. I just spent an hour installing the demo because there was not enough free space on my small SSD C: drive (which I have strictly reserved for the OS and a few essential programs). I had to run a cleaner, manually delete temp files and uninstall software before I was able to install the demo, which is ridiculous when I have 800GB free on another hard drive.
To top it off, the installer froze at the last percent, making my system completely unresponsive and forcing me to Reset (ironic, right?).
Now I'll just hope the game works after the interrupted install and after manually transferring the installation directory to my other HDD! Wish me luck (and please make a better installer next time)!
That trailer was simply beautiful. Cant wait for more news!
