New content, UI and gameplay changes for Red Rogue.

The identify spell is now in the game and with it the order of the runes has been changed to how they should be encountered in the final version. Though there are still 7 more runes to go - some of them quite complex.

With the identify spell comes unique names for items and monsters that can be discovered, quests from the minion, stats for items and monsters and also - the long awaited ability to identify runes.

Various updates to the menu and UI in general have been made, including the ability to sort your equipment and item categories.

You can now set the random seed the game uses to generate levels. The game also now generates persistent levels - it creates a seed for each level and that seed is used to reconstruct a level when you return to it.

Dogmatic Mode is now available: In dogmatic mode, time only passes when you perform an action or hold down a key. This is a play on the turn-based requirement of the roguelike definition. It can be turned on and off in the options menu.

Nathan Gallardo has stepped up to do more sound for the game, including ambient tracks for the Overworld and Underworld as well as many new sounds for events and effects.

There's also probably a bunch of balancing stuff and bug fixing I did as well. Enjoy, more on the way soon.
