Red Collars ,when it story is Early 70s , start from Maternity hospital in some place which is serious the gap between rich and poor. It happened horrible murder in Maternity hospital. Player was led forward incident of Maternity hospital by strength that cannot know. The hospital was renowned as a great place before incident happen. The medical director got good recognition because he had do volunteer activity hard as worker in small town but he was to do horrible murder.
