Rectangle Battle pays homage to old shooting games from the 70s. The rather limited techniques that were available at that time forced developers to use minimalistic graphics to visualize a game world and its story. Rectangle Battle is a vintage space shooter which makes use of this old graphical style. Its a very small game with basic -highscore hunting- single player mode and a nice two player alternative. In versus mode you will find yourself trying to hit your enemy whilst avoiding asteroids and obtaining special powers. You will feel great roaming space in your rectangle space ship!
