Raging Zombies Alpha has hit Kongregate.

As predicted it was a bust!!! Don't worry, though it far from has us discouraged. The first release represented a end project utilizing things we learned about the unity engine. Which in short was that its amazing and easy to use.

So now that we've learned a bunch about optimizing the game for web use, and the basics about unity its time to push towards a beta release. However I'd like to give a shout-out to any indy sound artists and 3d art/animators who are looking to get on board with a homegrown project. Its not a paying gig until we earn some money but, we've got great ambitions for this game.

If you're wondering if your qualified, what you need to know, and how to get on-board. Don't worry. Here's the info:

We currently use Blender to create content for the game. Its free to use, and has an amazing support community, as well as tutorials that make the guys at pixar nervous about their job security. After the model is created, rigged, and animated, we export to FBX. From there it can be plugged directly into Unity. Sweet, Simple, and Easy.

Even if your new to animation, or an old pro looking for a project to have fun with feel free to send us a message. Any help is very appreciated.

There is some soundwork, and we'd love to have someone who would like to pitch-in. However until we get a better idea of how the game will look and feel, anyone who drops us an e-mail will probably be on standby for a while. Still we'd love to hear from you.
