Just a quick note that we've identified an issue that occurs on super fast gaming machines. It will be fixed in version 1.4.1

Symptom
When you collide with an object, the ship does not explode but instead gets stuck on the obstacle.

Work-around
Press ~ to open the console
Type application fps 60 and hit enter
Press ~ to close the console, you'll need to do this every time you start the game

Details
The issue occurs on machines that get more than 120 fps. The physics engine runs at 120 fps, so when the framerate exceeds this number, collisions don't get handled in time. The fix above locks max framerate at 60 while the permanent fix in 1.4.1 enables vsync.
